Searching for water in Lombardia or Veneto

Hy all,
We would like to go to lombardia or veneto for 9 days carp fishing at the end of oktober (in 2,5weeks). This would be our first time in italy and we are searching for a water, for this time.
For us its important:
-its aloved to use a boot
-nigt fishing is also aloved
-no private water!
-a big lake with good carps, but not vulkanic orgin
-when its possible not a water that everyone knows(to much fishers)

Last year i read abouth this see, but they wrote that night fishing is not allowed!?
Its also possible to youse a tent?

For a boat we need an extra license? and when yes how much it costs?
How much is a fishing license?

-It s possible use tent and fishing at the night only in this place:

-In varese for fishing by boat you must buy a special license but i think is only for italian

I found this map on the provivincia homepage (im searching in the net sincs you give me the infos from varese), this 9 places are only for night fishing?
I dont want to fish by boat, just for feeding and "put out the hook" thats also just for Italyen?
We will contact him. Nice pictures in your article, and some nice carp.
How "full" is the see? are there many fisherman, you think its possible to catch a good night fishing place?

-Yes only 9 place for place tent and fishing by boat
-"put out the hook" = fish by boat in italy rules (but i think you can not pay this license for boat i dont think anybody sanction for this the tourist) contact Mr donzelli and he can advise for it
-Y es i think the place is not a problem and is a good place for fishing in tranquillity and for catch BIG CARP in this month (october novem)

I spoke with some people at varese and its not possible to get the license for varese on sunday, just on weekdays:( and its not se easy like a thought...
I try to find another water.
